  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

4. Ad Listings

When posting an ad on MagulHub, you agree that:

  • Ads must be accurate, truthful, and comply with Sri Lankan laws.

  • You will not post content that is illegal, offensive, misleading, or infringes on intellectual property.

  • We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove ads at our discretion.

Prohibited Ads include (but are not limited to):

  • Illegal products/services.

  • Adult or sexually explicit content.

  • Weapons, drugs, or regulated substances.

  • Misleading, fraudulent, or spam ads.

5. Payments

  • MagulHub accepts Visa and MasterCard payments through secure payment gateways.

  • Payment is required before your ad is published.

  • All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).

  • We do not store your full card details; transactions are handled securely by third-party processors.

6. Refund Policy

  • Payments made for ads are non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate payment or technical error.

  • If your ad is removed due to a violation of our policies, you are not entitled to a refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • MagulHub acts as a platform for ad listings. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or legality of products/services advertised.

  • Transactions and communications between buyers and sellers are at your own risk.

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our platform.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, and design elements on MagulHub are the property of MagulHub (Pvt) Ltd.

  • You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you:

  • Violate these Terms & Conditions.

  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.

  • Post prohibited or harmful content.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect once posted on our website. Continued use of MagulHub means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law
